From Route 581, take 11 North towards Camp Hill, turn left onto  North 21st street, go past Holy Spirit hospital (Note that 21st Street becomes Polar Church Road)  Turn left on Grandview Ave and take the first left, Grandview Surgery & Laser Center is located in the Grandview Corporate Center lower (First) level. Parking for the surgery center is located at the lower level entrance.  If you do enter on another level take the elevator to the first floor and follow signs to surgery center entrance.
